    Actually i have searched HLSL Development cookbook and OpenGL Superbible 6th edition, but i didn't find it. But i will try my best to post it as early as possible.But in meanwhile you will use below mentioned two books.
    OpenGL Superbible 5th Edition PDF
    HLSL and Pixel Shaders for XAML Developers PDF
