Review:
“Newt’s masterpiece has been an approved textbook at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry ever since its publication and must take a substantial amount of credit for our students’ consistently high results in Care of Magical Creatures examinations – yet it is not a book to be confined to the classroom. No wizarding household is complete without a copy of Fantastic Beasts, well thumbed by the generations who have riffled its pages in search of the best way to rid the lawn of Horklumps, interpret the mournful cries of the Augurey, or cure their pet Puffskein of drinking out of the toilet.“

A Feast for Crows.pdf (eBook) by George R. R. Martin Free Download

In 2005,  A Feast for Crows is written by George R. R. Martin and is bestselling epic series A Song of Ice and Fire's fourth volume. This book in particular, Martin has made an enormous success and he is now considered as one of the greatest American modern fantasy authors. This novel became the first of the series that topped New York Times Best Seller list in its debut. Just like its prequels, this one also won couple of awards.

It seems too good to be true. After centuries of bitter strife and fatal treachery, the seven powers dividing the land have decimated one another into an uneasy truce. Or so it appears... With the death of the monstrous King Joffrey, Cersei is ruling as regent in King’s Landing. Robb Stark’s demise has broken the back of the Northern rebels, and his siblings are scattered throughout the kingdom like seeds on barren soil. Few legitimate claims to the once desperately sought Iron Throne still exist—or they are held in hands too weak or too distant to wield them effectively. The war, which raged out of control for so long, has burned itself out.

Initially, when George R. R. Martin just started and still planned to make A Song of Ice and Fire as a trilogy, A Dance with Dragons was intended to be the title of the second novel in the series, right after the first volume: A Game of Thrones. Along the way, Martin decided to expand the series into seven books and instead of the second, the title was used for the fifth book that was released in 2011. Just like its direct prequel, A Feast for Crows (the fourth volume), it also reached number 1 in New York Times bestseller list in its debut.
